During my time as Creative Director at Employment Hero, I helped transform the brand by heading up the creation of their brand strategy, refreshed look and feel, and building a design team from the ground up for their next stage of growth.

CRAFTING A CHALLENGER BRAND

With a human and direct tone of voice and distinctive

illustrated brand assets, we challenge conventional

notions of employment, championing a better way.

Creating an optimistic brand that gives the business

the ability to cut through amongst all the clutter within

the category.

BRINGING THE HERO TO LIFE

We collaborated with UK-based artist Alec Doherty to create a Hero that personifies Employment Hero's existing purpose – to make employment easier and more rewarding for everyone. This joyful persona becomes a key brand asset, personifying our brand and lifting our message.

Real life HEROES

In a category dominated by stock photography, we wanted to hero workers and employees in their working environments. In collaboration with Sydney based photographer Benito Martin, we created a suite of images that felt positive, warm and in the moment. Additionally, many of the subjects in the new photography library are real Employment Hero customers.

I acknowledge Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia. I reside on the lands of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and I pay my respects to their elders past, present, and emerging.
