COVID-19, the Great Resignation.

2021 completely changed the way we ​thought about work. Employment Hero ​sought to uncover employee attitudes ​towards their own wellbeing, and ​needed a human and empathetic ​campaign to help position themselves ​as an authority in workplace wellness.

the idea

Wellness is a rich and complex topic, and should be depicted ​in a human and empathetic way. We’ve used the medium of ​hand-drawn illustration to depict the world of wellness but ​commissioning artist Marine Buffard to showcase ethereal, ​dreamy scenes to humanise our data.

the campaign

We needed to design a custom landing page, paid & organic ​ads, and an editorial style report to house the findings around ​workplace wellness. The campaign needed to flex across ​multiple formats while still remaining consistent and distinct,

the process

We worked closely with Marine Buffard to craft the hero ​illustrations that sat at the centre of the campaign. Below are ​some references to briefing material, feedback sessions and ​initial ideas that were presented throughout the course of the ​design process.
